BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KAUSHIK GOSWAMI ORDER Date : 07.08.2026 Heard Ms. G. K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondents. 2. By way of this application filed under Section 482 of the BNS, 2023, the applicants, namely, 1. Minajuddin Laskar, 2. Nijamuddin Laskar, 3. Rinuk Ahmed Laskar @ Shrowa, 4. Samar Uddin Laskar, 5. Sadoi Laskar @ Sadulla Alom Laskar, 6. Naim Uddin Laskar @ Myneuddin Laskar, and 7. Manjarul Haque Laskar @ Saha Manjarul Haque Laskar, who are apprehending arrest, seek anticipatory bail in connection with Kachudaram P.S. Case No. 36/2026, registered under Sections 115(2)/118(2)/189(3)/329(1) of the BNS. 3. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondents, submits that the charge-sheet in this case has already been laid vide Charge-Sheet No. 37/2026, dated 29.07.2026. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the present anticipatory bail application stands closed. 5. However, the applicants are granted liberty to appear before the learned jurisdictional trial Court within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. 6. In the event such an application is filed, the learned jurisdictional

Till the expiry of 10 (ten) days from the date of this order, or until the appearance of the applicants before the learned jurisdictional trial Court, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps be taken against them. 8.
