Since order dated 18.02.2026 did not contain the Gauripur P.S. Case No. 10/2026, it is now modified as follows; 2. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in connection with Gauripur P.S. Case No. 10/2026, under Section 447/406/380/420/506/34 IPC. 3. The case diary called for has been received and perused. 4. In the circumstances, it is provided that in the event of the arrest petitioners in the aforementioned case, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 15,000/- each, with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the arresting authority of aforesaid case number subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioners shall appear before the investigation officer on or before the 6th of March, 2026. (ii) That the accused/applicants shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence of the instant case in any manner; and (iii) That the accused/applicants shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case by appearing before the I.O of the case, as and when call for by the I.O. (iv) That the accused/applicants will not try to establish communication with informant and/or witnesses in any manner whatsoever. Page No.# 3/3 1.
