The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to conduct a fair investigation into the case crime No. 75 of 2026, under Section 109(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station- Kydganj, District-Prayagraj. Shri Paritosh Malviya, learned AGA submits that investigation is on foot. During the course of investigation, offence under Section 103(1) and 61(2) B.N.S. have been added. The investigation is proceeding in a fair and impartial manner and in accordance with law. There is no cause for interference in the present writ petition. A perusal of the writ petition strengthens the submissions made on behalf of the State. At this stage, no ground for interference is made out. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
