This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely, Chajahan Ali @ Shajhan Page No.# 2/2 Ali has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Belsor Police Station Case No.50/2026 registered under Section 82(2)/85/127(4)/69 of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted. 4. The allegation against the petitioner relates to subjecting his wife to continuous physical and mental harassment threatening to kill her. The FIR itself has been lodged by a person other than the victim. 5. The petitioner was released on interim bail pursuant to the order dated 30.06.2026 and, having regard to the nature of the allegations, his custodial detention may not be necessary. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. The order of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.06.2026 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 7.
