Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are holding post of Principal and posted at different Govt. Higher Secondary Schools as mentioned in the particulars of writ petition. District Collector vide order dated 14.08.2023 has deputed respondent No.5 as In- charge Block Education Officer and since then he is working as In- charge Block Education Officer. Petitioners who are much senior to respondent No.5 holding post of Principal are being forced to work under respondent No.5 who is lower in cadre and junior to petitioners. Petitioners have submitted representations before the Collector, however, no decision has been taken and therefore a direction be 3 / 3 issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation at the earliest. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that order which is filed as Annexure P-1 is of the year 2023 and at that time petitioners may also be working as Headmaster or the Lecturer which are the equivalent post . He however submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner of taking decision on representation, it will be considered in accordance with law if not already decided. 3. In view of submission of learned counsel for the parties, without entering into merit of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take decision on representation dated 03.12.2025 Annexure P-5 submitted by petitioners, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, keeping in mind the circular and directives issued by the State Govt. in this regard.
