By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) To issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to District Magistrate Pilibhit/ respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for providing compensation to her in pursuance of govt. order dated 28.2.2020 under 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana'." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 vide representation dated 11.09.2025 which is still pending consideration. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 11.09.2025 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
