The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition for issuance of direction to the Tahsildar to decide the pending application/representation filed by the petitioner in compliance of order dated 01.10.2024 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur in M.J.C. Criminal Case No. 965/2024. 2 2. From perusal of the records annexed with the petition, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has already submitted an application/representation dated 06.03.2025 before the Tahsildar. It is expected that the Tahsildar shall proceed expeditiously in accordance with law without undue delay tactics adopted either by the Tahsildar or by private respondents. 3.
