This appeal is preferred by the defendant assailing the judgment and decree dated 20.06.2007 passed in R.A. No. 47/1998 on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Hunsur dismissing the appeal and confirming the judgment and decree dated 26.02.1998 in O.S. No. 32/1995 on the file of Munsiff and JMFC, Hunsur decreeing the suit of the plaintiff. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, that parties have entered into a compromise and accordingly an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC is filed. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22605 RSA No. 2287 of 2007 3. Appellant and respondent are present before the Court. It is submitted by the parties that they have entered into the compromise in terms of the compromise petition filed today.
