By  way  of  present  application,  a prayer  has been   made   to   release   the   amount   of   compensation, falling in the share of applicant Ritu Kumari. When   put   to   notice,   no   objection   has   been made   by   the   non­applicant/insurance   company.     In view of the above, the amount falling in the share of applicant Ritu Kumari, as per the award as modified by this Court on 07.08.2025, along with upto date interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant Ritu Kumari, by remitting the same to her bank account, particulars of which have been mentioned in para 6 of the application.
