JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 25-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 504 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 304 and 34 of I.P.C. 3. As per the allegation this petitioner along with two others caught hold the deceased and thrashed him on the ground and also assaulted with lathi, fist and slap till he died. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is palpably false and there happens to be no injury on the person of the deceased and taking to the impugned order he submits that opinion regarding the cause of death has been reserved. It has been further submitted that charge-sheet has Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18889 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 been submitted and there is no allegation of tampering. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025 having no criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S.
