The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (M) Motiya O.P. P.s. Case No. 190 of 2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025, registered under sections 20, 27(a) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and the petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. He next submits that contraband has been recovered from another two co-accused persons and the quantity of contraband is intermediary in nature. He next submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.373 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional --2-- statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement, the contraband has been recovered from another two co-accused persons, the quantity of contraband is intermediary and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid A.B.A., I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Godda, in connection with Godda (M) Motiya O.P. P.s. Case No. 190 of 2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 13.05.2026 Jay/
