ORDER ON BOARD 19 /01/2026
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order No. 97/ቝኋ (सा) 15.10.2025 मगोक /2025/7549 Raipur Dated (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No. 3. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to the respondent authorities for revocation of suspension of the petition.
2 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent/State raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is having the alternate efficacious remedy of appeal against the impugned
order of suspension dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P/1).
3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail the other remedy available under the law.
4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, reserving liberty with the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy available under the law.
