Sri Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for respondents has placed before the Court the photo copy of the order-sheet of trial court. According to him, suit filed by petitioner was dismissed on 16.05.2024 itself and has not been restored till date. He further submits that petitioner has died and he has already filed an abatement application on 05.08.2025 and no reply to the same has been filed. 2.
