Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents in CRP.Nos.1573 & 1577 of 2026 and the respondents 1 to 6, 8 and 9 in CRP No. 1576 of 2026 is dispensed with. 3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that plaintiff is aged about 63 years old senior citizen and the suits were filed in the year of 2022. Even after filing the written statements, trial was not begin and so far, there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the cases as early as possible. 4.
