1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :-

order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.2 in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any other order or orders, writ or writs, direction or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner against the order of transfer (Annexure P-2) and order of reliving (Annexure P-1) had submitted representation before the respondent No.2, which is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on the pending representation, he is having no objection.

On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, at this stage this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 10.04.2026 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this
order.
