Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive relief:- “(i). That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the Arrear of ACPS 4-9-14 which has been duly calculated to the tune of ₹2,19,323/- to the petitioner alongwith up to date interest.” 3. Learned counsel for the respondent- HRTC has placed on record office instructions conveying as under:- “In this context, it is intimated that Sh. Vas Dev, Yardmaster retired on 28.02.2023 from HRTC Dehra Unit. The pay fixation arrear has been prepared from 27.08.2009 to 31.12.2015 as per old pay scale for amounting ₹66,989/- and according to new pay scale from 01.01.2016 to 31.05.2022 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 for amounting to ₹1,50,974/- (it will be paid when the arrear of new pay scale will be paid). Therefore, the payable amount is ₹66,989/- according to the old pay scale and it will be paid upto 23.06.2026. It is therefore, requested may kindly release the drawing limit for ₹66,989/-.” Learned counsel submits that admitted payment admissible to the petitioner at this stage in terms of aforesaid office instructions shall be released in his favour by 23.06.2026. 4. In view of aforesaid office instructions and submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty reserved to him to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievance at an appropriate stage in case necessity so arises.
