The present contempt application has been preferred alleging wilful defiance of the order dated 24.11.2025 passed by the Writ Court in Writ- A No. 11825 of 2020, whereby the State Government was directed to take a decision with regard to the claim for extraordinary pension. 2. Today, instructions have been produced before the Court, annexing therewith a copy of the order dated 10.09.2026 passed by the State Government deciding the claim. 3. Let a copy of the said order be served upon learned counsel for the applicant. The same is taken on record as Appendix-A. 4. The present contempt application is consigned to the record, leaving it open to the applicant to question the said order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
