Devi, learned CGC appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed for condonation of the delay of 1243 days in filing the connected Writ Appeal against the Order dated 27.01.2022 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No. 407/2022. 3. Though notices were duly issued to the respondent Nos. 1.1 to 1.5, through paper publication, however, none appears to object the present application. 4. Perused the averments made in the application. 5. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay. 6. Accordingly, the delay of 1243 days in preferring the writ appeal is condoned and the Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed off. 7.
