He strongly opposed the anticipatory bail application on the ground that there is no change in circumstances of the dismissal of the earlier petition dated 19.02.2026. 4. Taking into Consideration of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
