Respondent(s) For Applicant(s) : Mr. Rajkumar Pali, Advocate. For Respondent(s) : None. 2 Hon'ble Shri Ramesh Sinha , Chief Justice Order on Board 06.01.2026 1. Mr. Rajkumar Pali, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the applicant on 15.10.2023 2. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 17.08.2021, passed by learned Family Court, Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) in Misc. Cr.Case No. 35/2021 and further be pleased to pass appropriate order, in the interest of justice.” 3. It appears that after issuance of NOC by Mr. Rajkumar Pali on 15.10.2023 no further Advocate has been engaged by the applicant. This clearly indicates that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 5.
