P.P., Assam, appearing for the State respondent. By way of this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner Rajib Page No.# 2/2 Uddin @ Raju Ahmed is praying for grant of pre-arrest bail, who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Ratabari P.S. Case No. 179/2025, registered under Sections 61(2)/318(4)/309(6)/127(2)/351(2) of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P, Assam that charge-sheet has been submitted in the aforesaid Ratabari P.S. Case No. 179/2025, vide Charge Sheet No. 105/2026, dated 25.07.2026. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sribhumi within 10 (ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim bail, granted earlier to the present accused petitioner on 21.07.2026 shall continue till the next ten (10) days from the date of this order or till the petitioner appears before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier.
