Baruah, learned State counsel, Page No.# 3/3 appearing for the respondent/opposite party Nos. 3 to 5 and Mr. R. Dhar, learned Standing counsel, Tribal Affairs, appearing for the respondent/opposite party Nos.8 & 9. 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 82 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the judgment and order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP (C) No. 5344/2013. 3. Perused the averments made in the application. 4. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 82 days in preferring the connected appeal. 5. We, therefore, condone the delay. 6. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed off. 7.
