Allegations raised in this writ petition are that there has been tampering of revenue record as well as causing its disappearance in respect of Government land to an extent of Ac.2.37 cents situated at S.No.34/1 of Bakkannapalem, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam and that illegal constructions have mushroomed thereon. 2 HCJ & NJS, J WP(PIL)_94_2026 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that representation dated 06.03.2025 has been submitted bringing entire facts to the notice of authorities but no action has been taken. 3. Having heard learned counsel, at this stage, we consider it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 – District Collector, Visakhapatnam, to look into allegations regarding tampering and disappearance of revenue record, after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner and decide representation by passing a speaking order. 4.
