Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the bail application MCRC No.1900 of 2026 was filed on behalf of the applicant, the same was allowed by this Court on 24.02.2026. Further, he contended that bail has already been granted to the applicant vide order dated 24.02.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No.1900 of 2026. 3. From perusal of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that there are certain mistakes in para 03 of the said order. But, from perusal of the records, it appears that applicant has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2026 passed in MCRC No.1900 of 2026, hence the paragraph Nos.3 and 6 of the aforesaid order does not required any modifications, as the applicant is already on bail. 4. In view of above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant the instant CRMP deserves to be and is hereby rejected . 5.
