It is submitted that the applicant and the victim were in a relationship for the last two years, and a child was also born out of the said relationship. It is further submitted that due to differences between the parties, the victim has lodged the present FIR. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant has no previous criminal antecedents.
Therefore, it is prayed that the applicant be granted anticipatory bail. 5. 3 available on record. 7. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and the material available on record, it appears that although the applicant was in a relationship with the victim for the last two years, it is apparent from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS that the relationship was established on the false pretext of marriage, further the victim became pregnant and also delivered a child, and thereafter, the applicant refused to marry her, in view of the aforesaid circumstances and the serious nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that the present application for anticipatory bail is liable to be rejected. 8.
