Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the case diary has been received. The petitioners had earlier approached this Court by way of A.B No. 2861/2025, and their prayer was rejected by order dated 21.01.2026, noting the fact that there were incriminating materials against the petitioners during the course of investigation. This Court notices that there has been no recent development which may require this Court to reconsider its decision.
