The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the case from the respondent authorities. 10.2 That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities by issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to grant of 2 compassionate appointment. 10.3 That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be disposed of this petition with the direction to the respondent authority to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law. 10.4 Any other relief, including the cost of this petition, as it appears to be fit and appropriate to this Hon’ble Court” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file detailed representation before respondents for redressal of the claim as prayed for in the writ petition and direction be issued to respondent No. 2 & 4 to consider and take decision on the claim of the petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the respondent would submit that as the petitioner is seeking a permission to decide the representation to be decided by the competent authority, within specified time frame, he has no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before respondent No. 2 and 4 along with all relevant documents, in the event such a representation is submitted, the respondent No. 2 and 4 shall take decision on the said representation in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within further three months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
