Pranathi, learned Special Government Pleader for State, submits that she has specific instructions from respondent No.3/Commissioner, A.P.C.R.D.A., to state that Building Tribunal shall be put 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.P(PIL).No.52 of 2025 in place within the next six (6) months and therefore, present writ petition is rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner is unable to deny the same while submitting that the said deadline of six months be adhered to strictly. We are sanguine that the timeline as stated before us shall be adhered to by the competent authority. 4. In view of the above, proceedings are closed. No order as to costs.
