Das for the petitioner and Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant Nurul Hoda apprehending Page No.# 2/3 arrest in connection with Sorbhog P.S. Case No. 44/2026, registered under Sections 3(5)/305(C)/316(3)/318(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation against the accused applicant is that he has been using his truck for several trips using different registration numbers. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 10.06.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant to appear before the investigating officer within 10 days. 4. The learned counsel of the accused applicant submits that in terms of the order dated 10.06.2026, the accused applicant has already appeared before the investigating officer and his statement has already been recorded. He has also submitted that the zimma of the vehicle which was seized by the police has already been given to him. In view of the aforesaid, the interim pre-arrest bail should be made absolute. 5. Case Dairy is received and the same is perused. 6. The learned Addl.Public Prosecutor opposes the bail prayer. 7. Taking into account the whole aspects of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused-applicant vide order dated 10.06.2026 should be made absolute. 8. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused-applicant vide order dated 10.06.2026 is hereby made absolute in the same terms and conditions as stated in the order dated 10.06.2026. 9.
