Adhikari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.K. Azad, learned counsel for the accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P. for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Dhula P.S. Case No. 72/2026, registered under Sections 85/117(2)/296(a)/316(2)/324(2)/351(3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl. P.P., submits that charge-sheet has been already submitted in the instant case, vide charge-sheet No. 73/2026 dated 08.06.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant should be given liberty to appear before the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. 5. Accordingly, the instant AB application is disposed of with a direction to the accused-applicant to appear before the jurisdictional court within a period of 15 days and, till such appearance, interim order dated 27.05.2026 shall stand extended.
