This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 by the petitioner with the prayer for modification of the order dated 18.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3153 of 2026 whereby and where under the name of the court where the case is pending has been mentioned as Court of Sri M.K. Mishra, learned J.M. –XXV, Jamshedpur. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that because of inadvertent mistake in the bail petition, the name of the court where the case is pending has erroneously been mentioned and in fact the case is pending in the court of Sri M.K. Mishra, learned J.M. – XXV, Ranchi. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 18.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3153 of 2026 is modified to the extent that learned court to whose satisfaction the bail bond is to be furnished is to be treated as the court of learned J.M. –XXV, Ranchi instead of the court of learned J.M. –XXV, Jamshedpur as mentioned in the said order. The order dated 18.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3153 of 2026 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
