Mahmud, learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P. for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Howly P.S. Case No. 69/2026, registered under Sections 329/117(2)/118(2)/74/304/324(4)/351(2)/126(2)/190 /191(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been submitted, vide charge-sheet No. 65/2026 dated 30.06.2026. 4. This Court, vide order dated 01.06.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to Page No.# 4/4 the accused-applicant with a direction to appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of seven (7) days. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused-applicant that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 01.06.2026, the accused-applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have already been recorded. The learned counsel submits that they have already received the summons for appearance on 08.12.2026. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, the interim protection granted vide order dated 01.06.2026 should be extended till their appearance before the jurisdictional court. 6. Taking into account the entire facts of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the instant AB application should be disposed of with a direction to the accused-applicant to appear before the jurisdictional court within a period of 15 days from today for any appropriate relief, if so advised.
