Future General India Insurance Company Vs Subhadra Devi & Ors. CMP Nos. 6199 & 6201 of 2026 in FAO No. 338 of 2019 18.06.2026 Present: Mr. Sachin Sunail, Advocate, vice Mr. Chandan Goel, Advocate, for the appellant/non applicant. Mr. Subhash Mohan Snehi and Ms. Bhavinta, Advocates, for respondents No. 1 to 4/ applicants. By way of these applications, the applicants, namely Subhadra Devi, Ashok Kumar, Devender and Saina, have prayed that the amount of compensation, which has been awarded to them, may kindly be released in their favour.
2. The application has been moved in a decided matter. The FAO preferred by the Insurance Company has been decided by this Court, vide judgment dated
25.11.2025.
3. The said judgment has been assailed by the insurance company by moving SLP before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, however, the same was also dismissed on 08.06.2026.
4. In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the insurance company/nonapplicant has no objection, if the amount is released in favour of the applicants.
5. In view of the no objection made by the non applicant, the amount of compensation falling to the respective shares of above named applicants, as per the judgment dated 25.11.2025, along with up to date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, particulars of which have been mentioned in the application. Applications are thus, disposed of. ( Virender Singh )
