Vengal Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation. 2. Sri Challa Sivasankar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, confines the Prayer in the Writ Petition seeking compensation for the proposed acquisition. He would urge the Court to direct the Respondents to follow due process of law. He places reliance on the Order of this Court dated 24.02.2026 in W.P.No.5188 of 2026 and batch, wherein this Court reiterated that the Official Respondents have to follow due process of law 3 while acquiring the land of private party by invoking the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, in the event the private owner declines to accept TDR Bonds. 3. In view of the fact that the Writ Petitioner has restricted the Prayer to seeking compensation, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition in terms of the Common Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5188 of 2026 and batch dated 24.02.2026 in Kollipalli Susmith Kumar v. The State of Andhra Pradesh and another. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the findings recorded in the above case. No order as to costs. 8.
