Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in several similar matters, Coordinate Bench of this Court has been pleased to dispose of the petitions with a direction permitting the petitioners therein to submit a detailed representation before the competent authority, and further directing the said authority to consider and decide such representation within a stipulated time frame. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer a representation before the competent authority within a period of one week from today. In the event such representation is submitted within the aforesaid period, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, by a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, within a further period of two weeks thereafter.
