The learned amicus appearing on behalf of the victim has submitted that DNA report has been received from the Directorate of Forensic Science and Laboratory, Ranchi, Jharkhand which is against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Learned counsel for the State is directed to ensure that the DNA report is furnished to the court concerned. Appreciation of Amicus 6.
