This is the third bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner has prayed for releasing him on bail in respect of Silchar P.S. Case No.603/2025 under Section 22(c)/25 and 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. On 12.03.2026, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. On 06.04.2026, again bail application of the present petitioner was rejected on the ground that no new ground has been pleaded. 4. Today, also I have decided to have the same view as I had on 06.04.2026. No new ground for bail has been pleaded. Therefore, the bail application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
