This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/2 pre arrest bail to the accused applicant who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Gorchuk P.S. Case No. 50/2026 under Sections 61(2)/303(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation as narrated in the FIR is that the informant had entered into an agreement with one person namely, Ruplyoti Das and had given his vehicles on rent and after some time, the accused person stopped paying rent and did not return the vehicle of the informant as well. In terms of the aforesaid FIR, police registered the Gorchuk P.S. Case No. 50/2026 4. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed being CS No. 185/2026, dated 28.07.2026. 5. The learned Counsel for the accused-applicant submits that in view of the aforesaid, liberty should be granted to accused applicant to appear before the learned jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. 6. Taking into account the aforesaid, this instant application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional trial court; if so advised.
