1. The civil revision has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the title suit pending before the Learned 1st Civil Judge,(Junior Division), Barrackpore.
2. Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with.
3. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that till date the applications under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy (WBPT) Act 1997 filed in the year 2022, has not been disposed of.
4. Considering the said submission and the materials on record, the civil revision is
disposed of with the direction that the Trial
2 Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the application under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the WBPT Act within 3 months from the date of this order and proceed to dispose of the suit expeditiously.
5. The Civil Revision No.2434 of 2024 stands
disposed of.
6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of consequently.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
