1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :-
“I. Pass an order/ Direction to the respondent to to quash and set aside the order/letter dated 03.07.26 issued by Dy. Director, land management, (east zone) DDA HAVING REF. NUMBER FNO. SEZ/RB/TB/JJI//TI/04/11/538 whereby the plot purchased by the petitioner was cancelled. II. 2. From a perusal of the prayers, it is evident that the petitioner is challenging the letter dated 03.07.2026, issued by the respondent No. 2, whereby it has cancelled the plot purchased by the petitioner, namely plot No. E-23, JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi- 110039
3. Ms. Kakar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and 2 has handed over a copy of the order dated 04.02.2026, which is taken on record, in CS DJ 49/24 titled Panna Lal v. suit against the petitioner before us, wherein the District judge, Rohini has clearly held that the parties are involved in sale and purchase of the government land and the DDA should take action against the seller and the petitioner (purchaser). 5. The order dated 04.02.2026 has neither been varied nor altered till date. 6. In this view of the matter, the petitioner has clearly made an attempt to overreach the order passed by a competent court of jurisdiction, which cannot be permitted. 7. The petitioner has concealed the order dated 04.02.2026, which was passed in the presence of his counsel and is guilty of misleading the court by suppression of facts. 8. The petitioner will pay costs of Rs. 2,000/- to Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within 4 weeks from today and will file the proof of costs with the Registry, Delhi High Court, failing which the file shall be put up by the Registry on office note. 9.
