The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 09th July, 2026, passed by this Court, whereby, the present petition was dismissed as having become infructuous This is a digitally signed order. on the basis of the statement made on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 that the Indian National Team for Show Jumping would not be sent to participate in the 20th Asian Games, 2026. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing through Video Conferencing (“VC”) submits that the present application has become necessary in view of subsequent developments, giving rise to a bona fide apprehension that the factual premise, on which the order dated 09th July, 2026 was passed, no longer exists. 3. He submits that the petitioner has reason to believe that pursuant to various representations made before the concerned authorities seeking participation of the Indian National Team for Show Jumping in the 20th Asian Games, 2026, there exists a real possibility that the respondents may ultimately send the team, even at the last moment. 4. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the Indian Olympic Association (“IOA”) submits that her instructions remain the same, and that the Indian National Team for Show Jumping is not being sent for participation in the 20th Asian Games, 2026. 5. The aforesaid statement is taken note of. 6. However, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter be taken up on 16th July, 2026. 7.
