Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the notification bearing No.CRR/D.R./01/2024 dated 25.04.2024 issued by Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-D whereby applications have been called for vacancies to the post of peons insofar as the petitioners are concerned. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23832 WP No. 1418 of 2026 b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 07.01.2026 vide Annexures=C1 to 2 by the petitioners to appoint them to the existing vacant post of peons before considering the fresh applications." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 07.01.2026 at Annexures - C to C2 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application/representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 07.01.2026 at Annexures- C to C2 and pass appropriate - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23832 WP No. 1418 of 2026 order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
