Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain important documents could not be filed at the time of filing the present writ petition, and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition along with all the necessary documents. 3. However, this is the first date of hearing of the present writ petition before this Court and such annexures could have been filed at the time of filling of the present writ petition. 4. In view of the above, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file the same afresh, along with all the necessary documents, as will be relied upon by the petitioner. nd.thawre 103 2/2 5.
