1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner in view of non compliance of the order dated 24.03.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition no.1677/2025.
2. Heard.

3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. By the order dated 24.03.2026, the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file representation.
5. The contempt proceedings can be initiated against any authority or person and can be punished in case that authority or person is found to have made deliberate disobedience of the Court orders/directions.
6. In the order dated 24.03.2026, there is no direction by the Court for the respondents herein.
7. Since, there is no direction by the Court to be complied with, no contempt proceedings can be initiated against the respondents.
8. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
