Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting regular bail to the accused/applicants, i.e, Narjul Ali @ Moon @ Najrul Ali and Mani Begum, who were arrested on 16.05.2026 in connection with Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 43/2026, registered under Sections 61(2)(a)/ 351(3)/ 308(4)/ 103(1) of the BNSS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent that charge sheet has been submitted in the case vide Charge Sheet No. 65 dated 26.07.2026 in connection with the Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 43/2026. In view of the above, the bail application stands closed with liberty to the accused/applicant to seek regular bail, if so advised, before the trial Court.
