Petitioner has come up with a case pleading, inter alia, that the Health Department, State of Haryana, has recruited petitioner for appointment on the post of Medical Officer pursuant to the advertisement dated 05.12.2025. In order to join as Medical Officer in the Health Department, Haryana, in pursuance thereof, petitioner requires his original documents, and respondents, pursuant to the order dated 01.12.2025 passed by the Commissioner, Medical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan, are under an obligation to release the original documents of petitioner, granting exemption to petitioner to comply with the conditions of the service bond. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents does not dispute the prayer of the petitioner for release of his original documents in terms of the order dated 01.12.2025.
