Issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents to treat the petitioner as “teacher” for all service purposes including retirement. II. Declare that the petitioner shall superannuate only on 30.06.2026 in terms of Clause 35.61 of Chapter 35 (Annexure P-3).” 2. Today, Mr. Devender K. Sharma, learned Counsel for the respondent-University has handed over instructions dated 28.03.2026, which are taken on record.
