A report was called for on 06.08.2026, by a Coordinate Bench of this Court as to whether any case had been registered against the accused applicant at Samaguri Police Station. , a report dated 12.08.2026 has been received from the concerned Samaguri Police Station, and it is seen that no case has been filed against the accused applicant at Samaguri Police Station.
