HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 40123 of 2026 Court No. - 29 HON'BLE SIDDHARTHA VARMA, J. HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents are present. 2. Learned Standing Counsel, at the outset, states that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his Plot No. 823 was not being measured properly, then the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy to file an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Learned Standing Counsel further submits that with regard to application under Section 24 of the Code, 2006, the proper procedure and time limit has already been decided in the case of Meena Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2026 (3) ADJ 717. 3. Under such circumstances, no further interference is required in the writ petition and if any such application is moved under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation, the same is to be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. 4. With this observations, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.
