Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge- sheet has been submitted in this matter vide Charge-Sheet No.71/2026 dated 11.08.2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to an intermediate quantity. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the present anticipatory bail application may be disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court, as and when the necessity arises. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court, as and when required, to seek appropriate relief.
